Spacious, cool in summer, functional, it has all the assets to seduce you and offer you a pleasant stay. Located on the ground floor, on the pool side, it allows you to take advantage of all the infrastructures within walking distance: play areas, swimming pool, laundry room, reception tent.

A cottage for 6 people with 3 bedrooms

Separated by a hedge from the Lower Sunset gîte on the ground floor, it offers a terrace opening onto the garden and the path to the swimming pool. Inside, we discover a beautiful equipped kitchen, with a large work surface to comfortably prepare meals. Gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker.

The living room offers two beautiful leather sofas to share a drink with the family, while being close to the dining room.

A first bedroom with two 90x190 cm bunk beds will be ideal for accommodating children aged 3 and over. A second offers two single beds of 90x190 cm, as well as a baby bed and a chest of drawers. The last bedroom is equipped with a 150x200cm double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The bathroom includes a sink with vanity unit, a bathtub, a toilet. Towels are provided. A hair dryer is available, as well as soap. For little ones, a potty, a toilet reducer and a step stool are available. High chair, baby bed, wood barbecue on request. Wireless.
