Located at the entrance to the property, Lower Sunset is the favourite of families with babies toddlers. Facing the playground, it allows little ones to go and play easily, without being too far from parents. 

It is the favourite accommodation for families who are looking, above all, for accessibility and functionality. Equipped with a beautiful kitchen with a standing table, its interior with colorful notes gives it a modern and cozy side.

The covered terrace opens onto the courtyard and the path to the swimming pool; it is very pleasant to read, have a drink, while keeping an eye on the children.

Inside, we discover a spacious living room with a beautiful equipped kitchen, a lounge area and a dining room. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, Senseo pod coffee maker.

The first bedroom, on the left as you enter, offers a 150x200cm double bed with wardrobe;the second bedroom is equipped with two 90x190cm single beds, a chest of drawers and a baby bed. A third small bedroom accommodates a 90x190cm single bed with a chest of drawers.

The bathroom includes a sink with vanity unit, a bathtub, a toilet. Towels are provided. A hairdryer is available, as well as soap. For little ones, a potty, a toilet reducer and a step stool are available. High chair, baby bed, wood barbecue on request. Wireless.

The cottage's facilities for young children

Pagel is a children's paradise ! A covered play area in the main courtyard, slides, swings, a trampoline, a sandbox, a ping-pong table... here everything is planned for children to have fun and enjoy the outdoors.

Our property is completely fenced, children are free to play in the garden or courtyard, under the responsibility of the parents.

Toys and books, a night light, and a few soft toys are provided in each gîte so that boys and girls of all ages feel comfortable in this new place to stay.
