Walking is incredibly beneficial for wellbeing as we are all aware. Amongst some of the huge positive impacts of walking, it can promote stress relief, improve your mental health, reduce anxiety and depression and much more. Since we have been in our 2nd lockdown in England, walking in outdoor spaces is one of the few things we have been able to do. It feels like a real luxury to be able to access nature and sunshine, which sadly is limited during Winter for us. Recently, our marketing and social media assistant visited Ditchling Beacon in Sussex, which was freezing but gorgeous with stunning views, even in the cold British air. It reminded her of how much she misses summer air abroad.
Speaking of being abroad, these pretty photos of Ditchling Beacon reminded us of the lovely little La Masse, Les Arques nature trail. This little gem is only 12kms from Pagel, France – 20 minutes by transport. A pretty and engaging nature trail walk, suitable for all the family, this purpose-built boardwalk takes us through landscaped and natural environments, such as marshes, woods, meadows and decadent forests.
