Our 2nd visit to Pagel and another fantastic week. Weather has been stunning topping 35 degrees on Tuesday. eve booked for next year already ! Thanks as always to Lara,Bish ,Sarah and Jeremy

April 10th to 25th - Morton-Smyth family, Upper Sunset
We are kicking ourselves that we didn’t come to Pagel sooner. Four years ago we heard about this place and concluded nowhere could be good enough to book two years in advance. How wrong we were. People write about the “magic” here and I thought it was marketing but in fact it IS magical. eve had a great time due to (1) the freedom the kids have to run around safely outside in nature (2) the fab company of the other parents (3) the amazing weather for April. Thank you to Sarah, Jeremy and Fiona for looking after us so well-you do a GREAT job ! Love from all the Morton-Smyth’s

April 11th - The Pilkington’s, Goldilocks
What a relaxing, sunny and fun filled week. Elvie (18m) has had no end of fun kissing the bears and it’s great to know we can let her run around the place so securely. The slides and outside toys kept Elvies attention for every second and another week would have been just as exciting, pottery with Chas and Caroline is highly recommended, chef for the night was super tasty… we will return x

May 11 - The Murphy’s, Wisteria
We’ve hardly ventured off the property! SO relaxing just pottering around between the pool, the pirate ship and the trampoline! Matthew and Lauren have been in seventh heaven and have made some great friends. We’ve unwound and done tons of reading in the glorious sunshine – what a treat! Thoroughly recommend it and look forward to coming again. Thanks for a great holiday

May 21st - The Tanswells (Frequent Visitor)
Again (7th time) we’ve had a fabulous holiday! We loved it, thank you, thank you, thank you !! xxx

May 27th - Agen-Smith family, Lower Wildwood
A great concept. We loved spending long lazy days here and walking and running on the many tracks leading away from Pagel. We enjoyed the market at Cazals and sitting under the trees at le Lac Vert. Still plenty to explore and were sure both girls will love it just as much on our next visit. Mummy and Daddy look forward to visiting again and enjoying more chef prepared meals outside our cottage. Until next Year.
Chris, Ali, Sophie 2 and Katie 7 months

May 21st to 28th – Fielding’s, Winegrowers House
Thank you for a super holiday we are really not ready to leave !!!!

May 29th - The Farmers, Lower Sunset
We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. On today our last day my daughter cried because she doesn’t want to leave!! The children have had the best time, made lovely new friends, improved their swimming skills and role played like never before – mostly on the pirate ship. All the parents enjoyed each other’s company and it was nice to have all the children in common, we didn’t feel worried if kids were up too early. We will definitely be back but as 5 not 4! Thanks to Mark, Lara and family for a wonderful week.
Kath, Simon, Rhys and Lexi

June 4th to 11th - The Matthew Family, Wisteria
We can only echo the sentiment expressed by so many other families in this visitor book. Our two children Holly aged 6 and Tom at 2 and 3/4 – were totally absorbed into the Page way of life - the freedom, the play, the friends, the excitement and sheer good that comes from being outside. Watching the children spend time creating their own rules for a game on the pirate ship, children from to 2 to 7 years in age was quite uplifting. Thank you for an awesome holiday Chris, Vic, Holly and Tom.

June 11th to 18th - The Millers, Wisteria
We’ve all enjoyed a great holiday staying at this wonderful place which met and exceeded our expectations.

June – Noah, Jenny and Tony, Upper Sunset
We’ve had days here where Noah has opened his eyes in the morning, flung on his clothes and ruin out of the door. He then visits a couple of times for food and then we drag him home when it is dark. That really is the childhood we used to have and what all modern children enjoy when they get here. If your child is old enough, these are the days they will remember all their lives. We love the scenery, the local people, and the lovely food you can buy from the shops in Catus. We’ve had an amazing holiday, thank you.

June - The Knowles, Winegrowers House
Pagel is a wonderful, friendly, relaxing place and Amelia summed it up by saying “can we stay here forever and ever and ever!”

July - The Wisemans (Frequent Visitor)
We were so charmed by Pagel in the summer of 2009 that we choose to return two years on and have not been disappointed, its a place that stills and transcends our busy lives in London, where memories are made and the children can play freely and safely.

July 30th – The Briscoe’s, Winegrowers House
We have had a fantastic week here at Pagel, it certainly lived up to our expectations. We hadn’t anticipated how magical it is and how truly relaxing and peaceful (a first on a family holiday!). The children have run free and made some lovely friends. We have had plenty of r and r too and a number of lovely evenings eating leisurely dinners whilst watching the children play. What a fantastic experience – thank you to all the Bishops for creating such a wonderful place and hosting it so well. We look forward to our next visit. Gabby, Mark, Ruby 6 and Louis 3.

August 6 to 12th - The Martels, Upper Sunset
This has been exactly the week away we have been looking forward to for a long time. Our gite is a great size and with a lovely view across the trees particularly relaxing in the evening from the terrace. The children have loved the many and varied inventive play areas and the pirate ship being one of the most impressively unique. Once we got to know the other families (thanks to the well timed welcome barbecue) there was much playing with and inviting new friends around to our gite. Us grownups also enjoyed the local food (Cazals market and La Recreation restaurant) chef at home and excursions. So good that we’ve already booked for next year!

August 13th to 20th - The Bohills, Wisteria (Frequent Visitor)
Our fourth visit to Pagel and still loving it and looking forward to our fifth visit next year already booked. Again a mix of great like minded people, lots of kids to distract our two and a safe environment equals some relaxation for parents. Great holiday, looking forward to next year.

August - The McCann Massive, Goldilocks
We had a fantastic time here at Pagel, our first visit of many we imagine. We tried to imagine what the place would be like but we could not have imagined how much the children would have enjoyed it here at Pagel. The birthday party for Skye on our second day was fantastic and brought parents and children together. The location is so beautiful but I suppose that is why you choose to create this magical place here. I want to attempt to list all the wonderful days out we have had but it would be fair to say that you have helped create memories for our children that will last a lifetime. Thanks very much from us all.
Richard, Helen, Skye 5, Ellis 3 and Isla 1.

September - The Rolstons Shrewsbury
Stunning place and just as the marketing says a magical place for children to roam and play, especially the older ones aged 3 and 4 – whom we didn’t hear from all day !

September - The Danby Family
Just fab. Everthing we had hoped for, great pool, toys, views, neighbours, and staff…
We will recommend. Kid Heaven.

September 10 to 17th - The Foulkes Family
Our first family holiday abroad with Freddie and Reuben. The bar has been set high! Beautiful spot, good company, and children entertained for hours on end. I am sure we will be back. Ed, Anna, Freddie 2 and Reben 3 months.
