Our Ethos

We had some objectives…

To provide in the most perfect setting a holiday location centred on families and booked only to families with young children. A small familial, safe place to allow your children to run free and play amongst nature, making friends and exploring their own imaginations moving from one play zone to another from play barn to pirate ship to the Indian village and on and on.

To have in each gite/self catering apartment all possible practical items that a Mum or Dad could want a home from home so you can relax knowing that the bed guard or baby monitor or steriliser or indeed anything you ask for is provided. The toy box and English books allow us to move away from placing TVs in the gites and holiday friends encourage interactive play.

To respect our environment. Our woodland provides the heating for Pagel during the winter, we recycle everything and encourage our guests to do the same. There is a compost bin on site and the toilets work on a fosse septic system which allows for an environmentally friendly approach in this area. The pool is a salt water pool moving away from Chlorine and is not only better for the environment but also for your children allowing for hours of play in a safe and natural water environment. Local materials and tradesmen are used for works at Pagel.
